How do you ensure the wine stays safe during shipping?
We use specialized, high-durability recycled pulp packaging designed to prevent breakage and maintain temperature stability during transit. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, 18+ in the UK/EU). The courier will check a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.
What is your policy on 'corked' or flawed bottles?
If you believe a bottle is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the US and select international locations. Please note that shipping restrictions vary by region due to local alcohol legislation.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress in real-time.
